Sail Indonesia is an annual Sailing Rally now in its tenth year that begins in Darwin every year in the middle of July. Your departure from Darwin is the beginning of a three month program of linked events across Indonesia and these events are supported by the Indonesian Central Government and the Local Government Centres at the destinations you will visit as you cross the country and Wakatobi Island is one of it's wonderful destinations.
Sail Indonesia 2010 is the second event for Wakatobi, thus a lot of supported infrastructure has been prepared to give a comfortable service such us mooring buoy, volunteer guide, official wellcome party and many others. Especially for This year Sailor will arrive in Wakatobi at the month of Indonesia 65 Independence Day, Thus several activities will also be come good choice for all sailors to be participated such as Independence Parade, traditional ceremonial, Diving and so on.
